The Quarterly Colonel Award program is designed to recognize staff whose special contributions to University/Departmental initiatives or special projects significantly impact:
- Student centered improvements
- Customer Service
- Expense reduction
- Cost savings
The Employee Recognition Subcommittee of the University Staff Affairs Committee (USAC) will recognize up to two quarterly award winners who will receive a paid day off and a specially designed Wilkes University sweatshirt. The winners’ names and contributions will be announced and highlighted in University wide communications.
