Housing Selection

The 2017-2018 Online Housing & Dining Selection Process
For Returning Students, Due April 7, 2017

 

Please follow these eight, great steps!

1.     Log onto the MyWilkes Portal
2.     Click on the Student Services Tab
3.     Scroll down to the Housing & Dining Channel
4.     Click on the link "My On Campus Housing & Dining"
5.     Once you have entered your profile, click on the Application Tab
6.     Click on Returning Housing Application Fall 2017
7.     Follow the step-by-step instructions on the right hand side of the page
8.     At the end, click submit
              You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a copy of the Housing & Dining contract
              Get ready for the Online Housing Selection Process!



Important Dates
  • April 18 –Same Room Lottery
  • This is if you want to keep your current room. Please make sure your roommate group matches! 
    A lottery time will be assigned to you. 
    Please check the self-service portal for your specific time.This will be available after April 15th.
  • April 20- Same House Lottery
    This is if you want to stay within your current hall, but move rooms. Please make sure your roommate group matches!
    A lottery time will be assigned to you.
    Please check the self-service portal for your specific time. This will be available after April 15th.
  • April 25 & 26- General Lottery
    This is if you want to live in a different hall. Please make sure your roommate group matches!
    A lottery time will be assigned to you.
    Please check the self-service portal for your specific time. This will be available after April 15th.
