Continue a Wilkes Family tradition by attending the Family Day picnic.

Family Day gives you the opportunity to meet faculty and staff who have become, or are becoming an important part of your student's life.

If you are from out-of-town, the Family Day brunch offers a chance to reunite and create a day of special memories.

If you live locally, the Family Day brunch offers the chance to enjoy Wilkes as you have not done before--through the eyes of a current student.

Below is the schedule for our 2012 Family Day:

Please leave a message indicating:

The name of your student
If the student has a meal plan
TOTAL number of picnic reservations (excluding student)
If you plan on attending “Autumn Desserts”

You may pick up football tickets at registration.

Parking is available at any campus lot. Shuttle buses will be available to take you to the football field, at the pick-up spot behind the Student Center, every 20 minutes. Parking at Ralston Field is extremely limited.

7:00 p.m.		Field Hockey versus FDU (Florham) Ralston Field
All Wilkes students free with ID card. Two (2) complimentary tickets per student. All others $10 per person (Cash only - nothing larger than $20).
Saturday, September 29th
10:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.		Registration - Ralston Field, behind the tennis courts
11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.		Please join us for the Wilkes University Family Picnic
12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.		"Roslyn Richards - Recent Works" 12 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Sordoni Art Gallery Stark Learning Center - 150 S. River Street
11:00 a.m.		Wilkes University Women's Soccer vs. Delaware Valley Ralston Field
1:00 p.m.		Wilkes University Football vs. Fairleigh Dickinson Ralston Field
5:00 p.m.		Wilkes University Men's Soccer vs. Delaware Valley Ralston Field
5:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.		Autumn Desserts (for students and families) Location: Weckesser Hall - South Franklin Street Time: 5:00 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.
		Dinner on your own Enjoy the Wilkes Dining Hall or one of Wilkes-Barre's fine eateries.
		Movie Tickets Anyone wishing to go to Cinema 14 today or tonight can obtain 3 free tickets PER student at registration.
7:00 PM		Family Entertainment: TBA Henry Student Center Ballroom
		The Wilkes University Department of Performing Arts presents Israel Horvitz's "New Shorts", guaranteed to be a unique theatre experience. Shows: Friday and Saturday at 8:00 p.m. Sunday at 2 p.m.
