This is a reminder to all nursing students enrolled in clinical courses and all faculty teaching clinical courses that area agencies are either requiring or encouraging nursing students to obtain their annual influenza vaccine. Students should submit their paperwork on their certifed background profile. If they refuse the vaccine they should fill out the declination form on the certified background web site. Faculty members should submit their documentation to me. All documentation and submissions should be submitted by no later than 10/15/12.
