To All Students:
The University is now involved in an assessment of its Office of Public Safety. This process is conducted by colleges and universities periodically to evaluate the effectiveness of this essential campus function, and to benefit from best practices at other colleges and universities throughout the country.
We have engaged Margolis Healy, a firm with considerable expertise and experience in the field of campus public safety. The team from Margolis Healy will be on campus next week.
As part of the firm's process, we will be holding a forum for students on Tuesday, January 22 at 6:00 PM in the Miller Room, Henry Student Center. This forum will provide those in attendance with an opportunity to learn about the assessment process and to provide input that the team will use in its evaluation of our public safety operation.
Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend. Your input is essential to this process.
