Conferences:

The conference theme -- “The Power of We” -- invokes the profound opening words of the U.S. Constitution: “We the People.” It is a theme that connects the event to Philadelphia’s history and the world-changing ideals of our founders. It also reflects the incredible good that can be done through the collective action of companies, public agencies and nonprofit programs that harness the power of volunteers.
Former President George H.W. Bush and Alma Powell (co-founder in 1997 of America’s Promise – The Alliance for Youth) will headline the empowering three-day educational line up that features a range of valuable opportunities to gain knowledge, training and networking.
Get inspired by dynamic speakers and more than 130 educational workshops (many offering CEU credits) and forums that focus on a variety of topics from corporate volunteering to recruiting youth and seniors into community service.
Meet, mingle and make long-lasting connections with more than 2,600 leaders in volunteer and service management from around the nation and world.
Enjoy a signature evening event at Philadelphia’s state-of-the-art National Constitution Center.

The National Conference is co-convened by The Corporation for National and Community Service and The Points of Light Foundation and is supported by a prestigious Host Committee of Philadelphia leaders from the public and private sectors.
