NEPA Business Journal’s
Top 20 Under 40
Erin Drew, Director of Wilkes University’s Sovereign Center for Leadership & Management Development, was recently named one of the “Top 20 under 40” by the Northeast Pennsylvania Business Journal.
Drew has served as director of the Sovereign Center since 2006 and is responsible for providing the vision and leadership for the center’s non-credit programs, including overseeing curriculum development and forming relationships with area businesses to deliver unique learning programs and consulting services that are current, innovative, and results driven.
Drew previously served as coordinator of career development, and later as assistant director of the Insalaco Center at Misericordia College in Dallas, Pa.
She is a member of several professional organizations, including the International Leadership Association, the American Society of Training and Development, and a member of the board for POWER!, Ecoprise Consulting Group, and the Great Valley Technology Alliance.
Drew holds a B.A. in psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and a M.A. in Organizational Psychology/Development from Columbia University. She is pursuing her doctorate in Educational Leadership. She resides in Dallas with her fiancé, Christopher.
