The Wilkes University Choral Ensembles will join with the Robert Dale Chorale to present GLORIA! Christmas Music for Brass, Choirs and Organ

COST: $15 for gen. admission, $12 for a seniors and WVIA members, $7 for students. Children under 12 will be admitted free when accompanied by a parent

The program features seasonal works for choir, brass ensemble and organ, including John Rutter’s Gloria and pieces by Giovanni Gabrieli, Heinrich Schütz, Michael Praetorius, Morten Lauridsen, Jan Sandström and David Willcocks. Also on the program are arrangements of traditional Christmas carols, including “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing,” “God Rest You Merry, Gentlemen” and “O Come, All Ye Faithful.” The program will be conducted by Dr. Steven Thomas, who is Music Director of the Chorale and Director of Choral Activities at Wilkes University.
