About The Speaker:
Ken Carbone of Carbone Smolan is an internationally recognized branding, creative, marketing person with very high profile clients.
Picture this: You’re just starting your career, you’re twenty-something with no experience but plenty of ambition. Are you built for corporate life? Do you need the security of a regular paycheck? Or do you “roll the dice” and go it alone?
At twenty-five, Ken Carbone took a giant leap of faith and started a business in New York City. Fear was his fuel and luck was on his side. Now almost forty years later, Ken along with his partners, continues to embrace the spirit of entrepreneurship and its inevitable risks and rewards. His highly visual presentation demonstrates what it takes to collaborate with elite brands such as Mandarin Hotels, Credit Suisse and the Louvre Museum, sustain a successful business, and also enjoy doing it every single day.
