First Assistant Federal Defender, Middle District of Pennsylvania, Scranton, Pa. Ms. Ghilardi serves as the manager of the Scranton office of the Federal Public Defender’s Office. Prior to her joining the Federal Defender’s Office in 1987, she served as an Assistant District Attorney in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of the University of Scranton and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. |
