Briefly discuss and justify the resources you will need to carry our your activity or
activities. Resources for research/scholarly activity are capped at $500. (Please consider resources those expenses that are tied to a budget, like supplies, salaries, or travel expenses)
What will be the tangible results, or outputs, of the activities undertaken? Outputs are things
that can be measured in a quantitative way, such as number of activity participants, number
of presentations made, number of research or scholarly projects undertaken, number of
field trips, ect...
Outcomes are the positive impacts of a successful project. Outcomes are the measure of
success of a project. We expect mentoring project outcomes will relate to learning and skills
that result in a positive growth or change. We also expect that thementoring funds will align
with the University's efforts to provide opportunities to mentor and to be mentored; please
also brieflydiscuss in this section how the proposed project would demonstrate the outcome
of strengthening the Wilkes commitment to mentoring. Outcomes section is optitonal for
awards of $1000 or less.
