The conference is open to the public and begins at 9:15 a.m. in the Henry Student Center Ballroom; it will conclude with a light lunch.

Please register by April 1, 2013 if you will be attending the conference.

9:15-9:45 a.m. - Coffee and Danish

9:45-10:00 a.m. - Welcome and Introductions
                          Linda Winkler, Dean, College of Arts, Humanities & Social Science

10:00-10:30 a.m. - Presentation: “London, Philadelphia and Wilkes-Barre”
                           John H. Hepp, Associate Professor of History

10:30-11:15 a.m. - Documentary Film: “History of Agriculture in the Wyoming Valley”
                           Loran E. Lewis, Assistant Professor of Communication Studies

11:30-12:15 p.m -  Panel Discussion: Making Local History Documentaries
                     Wilkes faculty and students; local historians

12:15-1:15 p.m. - Lunch
