Our perception shapes our thou ghts, our thou ghts shape our a ctions, and our a ctions shape our habits. Leadership, and ultimately a great company culture, depend on our habits, our actions, our thoughts and how we perceive our strengths and areas for needed improvement.

One way to continue to shape the perception of our leadership is to better understand the perception of others. Each participant a ttending the training will go through a 360 de gree leadership assessment (adapted from research conducted by the emotional intelligence consortium) and receive results addresses over 20 different leadership competencies. The training will provide you with:

  1. Increased insight into your leadership strengths and areas for development.
  2. A more thorough understanding on how to give and receive feedback when coaching/mentoring others
  3. A complete understanding of yourself and your repeat relationships with others
  4. An appreciative approach to leadership development and the t ools to address different leadership competencies.
  5. An opportunity to develop action plans to address opportunities for leadership development
