8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Registration, Henry Student Center
9:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. General Session for Parents/Guardians, Dorothy Dickson Darte Center
10:50 a.m. – 11:50 a.m. Panel Discussion with Student Leaders, Dorothy Dickson Darte Center
12:00 p.m. – 12:50 p.m. Buffet Luncheon, Henry Gymnasium, Marts Center
12:50 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Welcome Address, Henry Gymnasium, Marts Center
1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Group Meeting with Advisor, Rooms will be provided
3:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. Resident Student Meeting, Dorothy Dickson Darte Center OR
Commuter Student Meeting, Ballroom, Henry Student Center – 2nd Floor
 
 
Monday (June 30th, July 14th)
11:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.    Campus Tour or Residence Halls Tour, Henry Student Center
12:15 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Lunch on Your Own
1:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Parent/Guardian Mixer, Rifkin Café, Henry Student Center – 1st Floor
2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Resource Fair for Parents/Guardians,
Student Lounge, Henry Student Center – 1st Floor
3:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. Financial Aid and Billing: How to Help Students Manage Their Accounts Ballroom, Henry Student Center – 2nd Floor
4:15 p.m. Orientation Concludes, Henry Student Center

 


Registration for Orientation Session will be held in the Henry Student Center (Building #27). Please use parking lots #8, #9 and #13. Please refer to the campus map. Meter parking is also available on the streets surrounding the Wilkes University campus.

Is your student living on campus? The Inter-Residence Hall Council (IRHC) has partnered with Residence Hall Linens to provide our students with a convenient, affordable way to purchase extra-long sheets and bedding items. Proceeds from this program go to the Inter-Residence Hall Council and are used for programming in the residence halls. Please visit the RHL website for more information!
