Introducing Wilkes University’s Official Web Transcript Request…
All web transcript requests submitted via the mywilkes portal or interact by 12:00 noon are printed and mailed each business day. This transcript contains your academic record as of the date of the request. Request a transcript today for immediate processing!
To request an Official Transcript….
Official transcripts contain the University Seal and signature of the Registrar.
Official Web Transcript Request steps (available for enrollment after 1986):
- Log in to your records using either mywilkes.wilkes.edu or interact (instructions below)
- Each page of the request process includes information about the fields to complete
- Pay for your transcript(s) with a credit card
- Web transcript requests are printed and mailed after 12:00 noon each business day
· Go to Student Services tab, My Transcripts section, “Request an Official Transcript”
· Login to interact using your WIN and password
· Go to Student Services, Student Records, “Request Printed/Official Transcript”
Unofficial Transcript (available for enrollment after 1986)…..

- Log in to your records using either mywilkes.wilkes .edu or interact (instructions below)
- View or print your unofficial transcript
If you have access to mywilkes.wilkes.edu….
· Go to Student Services tab, My Transcripts section, “View/Print Unofficial Transcript”
· Login to interact using your WIN and password
· Go to Student Services, Student Records, “Academic Transcript”
Transcript Request Process: Paper Form….
Use the paper request form if you have enrollment prior to 1986, or if you will be paying for your transcript using either cash or check, or if you are submitting a request but want us to hold mailing the transcript until a grade or degree posting is completed.
- Print and complete all sections of the Transcript Request Form including your signature.
- Submit the request along with your payment to Student Services via fax, mail, or in person delivery at the lobby desk in UCOM
