Biography

Mrs. Alessi earned her Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in organizational leadership and development from Wilkes University and her bachelor’s degree in business from Pennsylvania State University.  She currently serves the University as Assistant Director of the MBA program, as well as an instructor of business courses.  Mrs. Alessi's background includes various professional experiences in management, marketing, human resources, and quality control.  She has served in management positions for several national retail firms.  Her research interests include examining best practices of offering graduate education in business.
