Pearsall Hall

If you were at Wilkes in 1996...

you might have watched the $425,000 renovation of what is now Pearsall Hall. The building was purchased in August of 1995, and was renovated to accommodate Wilkes' Passan School of Nursing. The building was dedicated in October 1997, in honor of Marion K. and Richard L. Pearsall of Dallas, Pennsylvania, who made a donation to the University in honor of their daughters, Amy, a 1982 graduate of Wilkes, Tamara, and Yvonne.

Richard Pearsall and his brother Adrian founded Craft Associates, Incorporated, a national furniture manufacturing company. He is also a member of the Wilkes Board of Trustees and a past secretary of Wilkes' board.

Pearsall Hall was originally the home of Dr. George Guthrie, a pioneer in regional healthcare.
