Department of Facilities

The Department of Facilities is comprised of two main areas; Capital Project and Planning, and Campus Support Center.

  • Office of Campus Support Services
The Service Center is responsible for the physical campus – its academic, research and administrative spaces, the infrastructure that supports the buildings, and the landscape that surrounds them. These areas are divided into three.

    • Repair & Maintenance
    • Grounds & Landscaping
    • Mechanical Systems
  • Capital Projects & Planning
Capital Projects & Planning is responsible for implementing key concepts and elements in the University's twenty-year Campus Master Plan.  In addition, the department has responsibility to oversee the preventative maintenance and capital assets programs for all interior and exterior building systems (e.g. mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roof, window, etc.)
