How to Make a SIM Request
- Decide which lab(s) and/or equipment you would like to reserve.
- Have a few possible dates in mind. Please allow approximately two weeks of lead time to prepare and deliver the materials.
- Submit your request via the online form below.
A form request must be submitted to guarantee your request is received. Be sure to complete all information requested! If you do not receive a confirmation email, please try again or contact us.
