The Graduate Readmittance Form is for students who:
- Previously submitted a Wilkes’ graduate application but have not registered for the past three semesters and are now inactive.
- Applied to Wilkes for a semester in which they did not then register.
The Readmittance Form cannot be used to:
- Apply for a second graduate degree (you must complete a new graduate application).
- Change your current major (you must complete a change of major request form).
You must complete and submit the form below to have your status updated and be able to register online for your graduate classes.
