2022-2027 Sidhu Strategic Plan

The Sidhu School of business began implementing its 2022-2027 Strategic Plan as of Fall 2022. However, initiatives were under way to improve on this plan even as we began implementing it.

It is our intention to publicize our accomplishments around the three pillars and 12
objectives annually to faculty, staff, students, university community, alumni, the
Dean’s Executive Advisory Board and other external stakeholders.

Sidhu School graduates will be prepared with the knowledge, skills, experiences and passion to lead diverse organizations in the face of dynamic challenges and a rapidly changing global environment.

Vision

The Sidhu School transforms students through an empowering education in a mentoring environment that develops personal, professional and leadership skills through scholarship, experiential learning and community engagement.
