Associate Provost

As Associate Provost for Student Success, Jonathan D. Ference ’03 leads the University’s student retention and graduation efforts. He oversees departments dedicated to supporting the academic experience including University College, First-Year Foundations, the Honors Program, Upward Bound and WilkesEDGE. 

Dr. Ference earned his Pharm.D. from Wilkes in 2003. He returned to the University in 2008 to teach in the Nesbitt School of Pharmacy, being recognized with the University’s highest teaching honor in 2014. He joined the Provost’s office in 2017.
