Troy Lynn Lewis is an alumna of the Wilkes University Nesbitt School of Pharmacy. She joined the Department of Pharmacy Practice after completing pharmacy practice residency training in the ambulatory care setting at Carolinas HealthCare System- Northeast. Her clinical practice site is at The Wright Center for Primary Care Mid Valley in Jermyn, Pennsylvania.
