Wilkes University Cuts Deposit Fee in Half

Extends Deadline to June 1

In this time of unprecedented uncertainty surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic, we strive to keep a Wilkes education as accessible as possible. That’s why we are cutting our enrollment deposit in half, to $150, and extending the deposit deadline to June 1

Be sure to include your student’s name in the memo line. Graduate students should refer to their acceptance letter for more information.

Next Steps for Committed Students 

  • Watch your mail for:
    • login information (username and password) for the Wilkes portal
    • a separate letter with instructions on how to:
      • complete placement testing online before orientation;
      • register for one of our two orientation sessions, June 28-29 or July 12-13;
      • submit housing and dining information, if you intend to live on campus;
      • select any available class preferences.
  • Ask your high school guidance office to send your final high school transcript to:

  • Watch your email for a message from your admissions counselor with details on:
    • your academic advisor and class registration;
    • your housing and dining contract, if you plan to live on campus;
    • parking on campus.
  • Register for transfer orientation.
  • If you’re currently enrolled at another college or university or plan to take summer courses, please send your updated, official transcript to:

  • Ensure that your immigration documents are in order. Complete all steps outlined by your immigration advisor at Wilkes. After you receive your I-20, file your visa application and schedule your interview at the nearest US embassy/consulate. 
  • If you have not already done so, ask your high school or college/university to send your final official transcripts to:
