Share your expertise at the 2025 Pennsylvania Pain & Addiction Summit!

The Pennsylvania Pain and Addiction Summit, now in its seventh year, brings professionals together for a day of sharing expertise and learning from each other about opportunities to approach the treatment of pain and substance use disorder. We are excited to announce that we are now accepting presentation proposals for next year’s conference to be held on Friday, April 25, 2025.

We are looking for presentations in the following areas:

  • Patient-friendly communication around pain/substance use disorder
  • Communication around the need to wean opioids
  • Interdisciplinary approaches to pain management
  • Community-based approaches to substance use disorder treatment
  • Medical cannabis in practice
  • How to get engaged in advocacy for pain/substance use disorder policies
  • Harm Reduction strategies
  • Telehealth and pain/substance use disorder
  • Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome
  • Multicultural approaches to pain/substance use treatment
  • Impact of racism on access to pain/substance use disorder treatment

We are seeking a broad spectrum of professionals to present at the conference including, but not limited to, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, dentists, lawyers, social workers, physical therapists, first-responders, or anyone that has experience with those affected by chronic pain and/or substance use disorder. Both individual and team-based proposals are encouraged.

To submit your proposal, please register below with a brief synopsis of your presentation by Friday, October 25, 2024. All presentations will be one hour in length.
