January 2, 2018
As the start of the spring semester approaches (January 16th), here is some important information for your attention:
Spring 2018 Class Schedule
Please remember to retrieve an up-to-date copy of your Spring 2018 Class Schedule via the MyWilkes portal as close to the start of classes as possible, as some room assignments may change. Note that you are formally registered for all courses listing “RE” or “RW” status. A “WL” status after a particular course means that you are only wait-listed, not registered, for that course; if you are still interested in that particular course/section, you should check directly with the instructor during the first week of classes to see if any openings have occurred due to drop/add activity. If you gain entry into that class, or wish to drop or add a course, you must still obtain the appropriate form, secure the proper signature(s), and return it to the Registrar’s Office for processing. Please note that you must be registered for 12 credits in order to be considered a full time student for billing and financial aid purposes.
Update Personal Information
It is also very important that our office keep up-to-date student information in our records. Please make sure we have your local address and phone number in our system. Click on this local address link to enter your local address & phone information.
May 2018 Graduates
It is imperative that students planning to complete their degree requirements and graduate in May 2018 adhere to the deadlines as listed in the graduation information link.
