What is Uwill?

As the leading provider of student mental health and wellness support, Uwill offers secure, confidential and free support when you need it most.

As a currently enrolled graduate student, you’ll be able to access up to four solution-focused teletherapy sessions along with a rich library of resources available on-demand to help you with a variety of health and wellness concerns ranging from relationships and stress management to thriving academically in your graduate program.

To schedule teletherapy

  • Create a profile with Uwill external website using your Wilkes email address.
  • Choose a therapist based on your preferences including availability, issue, gender, language or ethnicity.
  • Choose a time that fits your schedule with day, night and weekend availability.

Students have free access to on-demand wellness programming through Uwill. Select wellness from the left navigation once you’re logged into Uwill to explore the library. Relax your mind and body with a wide range of wellness activities such as yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and more! Uwill can help you discover greater focus and balance as you navigate the semester.
